How do I tell if the product I want is available?

Each product has a stock indicator below the product code. Green light indicates the stock is available and red light indicates product temporarily out of stock.

What do I do if product is showing out of stock?

If a product is showing out of stock, you are still able to add it to your shopping cart. Once order has been submitted, you will be contacted by Maxim with an ETA & you will have the option to leave the item on backorder, substitute a product or cancel item from your order.

How do I know if Maxim has received my order?

Once your order has been received through online ordering you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


What payment methods are available?

Orders placed by account customers on will be charged to customer account. Invoices will be sent with the goods.

If you are a non-account customer you can pay for your order by credit card, EFT payment or cheque once you have received a confirmation from the website. Goods will be despatched immediately upon receiving payment.


Will I get charged a delivery fee on my order?

Delivery is free on orders over $200.00 (ex GST). A delivery fee of $10.00 (ex GST) applies to all orders below $200.00 (ex GST). Freight may also be charged to remote areas or on bulky items. Please call 1800 25 35 35.

Who will my order be delivered by?

For Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metropolitan customers, your order will be delivered by Startrack Express. White paper deliveries will be made by our outsourced warehouse drivers.

Regional deliveries  will be delivered by regional couriers or personally delivered by a Maxim representative.

Once I have placed my order, when will it be dispatched?

Orders placed by 12 pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm it will be dispatched the next business day.
