What is the return policy

    Products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for credit.

    All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number. Please call 1800 25 35 35 to obtain and your return will not be accepted without one. 

    For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, Maxim reserves the right to apply a 10-20% re-stocking fee on returns above $1000. Mirroring this, all returns under $100 will need to be sent back to Maxim at the cost of the customer. Once received to our warehouse, your credit will be applied.

    Credits will not be cash refunded to school but will show as a credit on account & will be redeemable for up to 6 months. After this time the credit will expire and be removed from your account.

    Claims of missing goods are to be reported within 7 days of the delivery to Maxim's Customer Service on 1800 25 35 35 or sales@maximofficegroup.com.au.

    Claims arising from damage or loss in transit must be made in writing within 7 days of date of invoice.

    *Custom manufactured, specially packaged, non-stock items are not included.

BTS Terms for Returns & Exchanges

All claims should be made by the end of Week 5 Term 1 by contacting your Customer Service Representative and requesting our Returns Form, one of these is also supplied with your BTS Quotes

If goods prove to be faulty or damaged on delivery, they can be returned and a credit will be provided, with the exception of Non-Range products. For returns over $1000 Maxim reserves the right to apply a 10-20% re-stocking fee on your return. Items are missing from my order?

If you have received your order and you are missing items, firstly check the invoice they may have been backordered and will be coming in a second shipment. If not contact us at sales@maximofficegroup.com.au and we will look into this for you further.
