What is the return policy
Products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for credit or refund*.
Maxim Office Group reserves the right to charge an administration/handling fee of 10% to any returns.
All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number. Please call 1800 25 35 35 to obtain.
All Freight costs in relation to returns are at the Customers expense.
Claims arising from damage or loss in transit must be made in writing within 7 days of date of invoice.
*Custom manufactured, specially packaged, non-stock not included.
BTS Terms for Returns & Exchanges
All claims should be made by 14/02/2020 by contacting your Account Manager and requesting our Credit Request Application Form.
If goods prove to be faulty or damaged on delivery, they can be returned and a credit will be provided, with the exception of Non-Range products. If the school wishes to return any products, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the goods returned or $10.00, whichever is greater, may be charged, unless due to our error. Credits will not be cash refunded to school but will show as a credit on account & will be redeemable by further purchases.
Items are missing from my order?
If you have received your order and you are missing items, firstly check the invoice they may have been backordered and will be coming in a second shipment. If not contact us on 1800 25 35 35 and we will look into this for you further.
I ordered the wrong item what should I do?
Call us on 1800 25 35 35 to organise the return and replacement.
You will be sent a return authorization; the slip is to be printed and left with the goods ready for pick up. We will organise the collection of the incorrect items.
Can I return an item online?
Yes – if you have a Maxim Account.
