There are many AEDs available but the HeartSine Samaritan 500P public access defibrillator is the only one in the world the ensures your CPR is effective to save a life. The Samaritan 500P lifesaving device not only uses voice prompts to guide the rescuer through the process of defibrillation, it measures the rate of blood flow during CPR. Every person needs a different force of compressions to bring oxygenated blood to the brain and other organs. This means that it will instruct the rescuer how hard they have to push to effectively distribute blood to the organs.More than an AED! In a cardiac arrest you need to be able to ensure your CPR is effective.
The HeartSine Samaritan 350P Defibrillator has all the features of the 500P Defibrillator except for the CPR advisor technology. This public access defibrillator has a 10 year warranty and a unique combined battery and pad-pack with a 4 year life from date of manufacture. After an event the complete pad-pak is replaced, which means you have a brand new battery for the next event. This is more cost effective than many other devices with expensive so-called long life batteries, when costed over the life of the device.
The PAD 350P and 500P Defibrillator device can be used for SCA victims from the age of 8 and above utilising the Adult Pad Pak. For smaller children- Special Paediatric Pad Pak available. HeartSine offers the only device to incorporate the Electrodes and Battery into one cassette for ease of use and the reduction of downtime following deployment.
